Recovery is growth, life, you know. So that's how I look at it. And I try to let people see where I'm coming from. It's important to take care of your mental health because you'll notice it after everybody else, and that's always annoying when everybody else is right and you're just like wow I should have known that I know better you know but it's all a balance game you know what I mean you can't put out too much when it's work social life you know home life uh recovery life you know then the kids and you know it's a lot of little a lot of moving pieces so it's it's important to keep each bucket filled to the line that it needs to be at but it's difficult and when and like anything else when one bucket's a little low you fill it up you work on that bucket for a little bit so that's really where I'm at it's just trying to analyze like assess where I'm at with things.
