Growing up in the bustling streets of New York, JennS faced more than just the typical challenges of city life. In this episode of The Pink House Chronicles, JennS, a first-generation Latina, shares her raw and heartfelt journey through the dark corridors of alcoholism and addiction. With parents who battled their own demons with alcohol, JennS turned to drinking as a way to cope with her environment and personal struggles.
Despite managing to carve out a successful career as a hairstylist, her personal life was in turmoil, with relationships suffering and bridges burned.
