Picture a childhood marked by unimaginable pain and upheaval. That's the reality Felisha Johnson faced, enduring physical and sexual abuse before being placed in the foster care system for a decade. At just seven years old, she was sexually molested by her uncle and physically abused by her stepfather, while her mother labeled her a troubled child.
Despite these harrowing experiences, Felisha refused to let her past define her future. She emancipated herself at sixteen and embarked on a path of healing and advocacy. Today, she runs the 'Heal Your Story' Foundation, helping trauma survivors and at-risk youth transition from their painful pasts to brighter futures.
