I'm going down the elevator at this hotel and I walk across the parking lot and I walk out that front door and literally, as I am walking across the street, I felt pounds of shame and guilt and fear and self-hatred, and all of these ugly, ugly things literally lift from me, like I felt like I was pounds lighter as the time by the time I crossed that street, and it was just such an amazing experience for me personally.
