Stephen was the kind of person who could light up any room with his laughter and charm. A talented musician and skilled welder, he had a passion for creating art and exploring the world. However, his journey took a dark turn after a wisdom tooth extraction led to an addiction to pain medication. Over ten years, this addiction escalated, ultimately resulting in his tragic death from fentanyl poisoning in March 2022 at the age of 32.
