My actions are different today. I can't beat myself up over my thoughts because I don't have any control over them. I don't. But you had, you know, speaking of actions, you had talked about, and I made a note of it, that thinking about drinking, and this is something that Mike and I talk about a lot, you know because we and it was a god shit mike one of our very early episodes we brought it up and um you know we're kind of like god could this be true and then mike's finally like he said he says they're full of shit he's like you know if there's somebody that's you know been sober for any amount of time and says they never think about either drinking or thinking about alcohol it's impossible because to Mike's point, they're lying.
