I kind of just had like a split personality because like part of me knew that I was a really good person and that you know I had a lot going for me and that you know I had a good job and good life and good friends and good family and you know I was into my training but then the other half of me was like doing this kind of self-destructive behavior that I just couldn't get out of and I used to feel so confused and so hard done by because like I was like why why am I like this why do I have this problem
