Bonnie's Triumph: From 11 Medications to a Life Free from PTSD

I'm so proud of you for everything that you've done and you continue to do. We thank you guys for your journey and for you know it can't be easy, first of all, to step out, like you did in the beginning, and say, hey, I had this journey, you know most of us don't want to share that.
Imagine feeling trapped by your own mind, relying on 11 different medications just to get through the day. That's where Bonnie found herself before she decided enough was enough. On January 12th, 2021, she took a bold step and joined the Overcoming PTSD program. Fast forward 10 months, and Bonnie's life had transformed in ways she never thought possible. Gone were the days of feeling like a zombie, plagued by constant anxiety and chest pain.
Instead, she found herself laughing with her family, pursuing hobbies, and living medication-free. What made the difference? According to Bonnie, it was the supportive community and the actionable steps laid out by the program. She worked hard, setting goals and journaling her progress, which helped her build new neural pathways and address physical ailments tied to her PTSD. Bonnie's story is a powerful reminder that healing is possible, and you're not alone in your journey.
Tune in to hear her full interview and discover how you too can take control of your mental health.
