I used to sit on a bar stool high on drugs, lying to people about doing stuff that I do now, sober, that I'm actually doing, yeah, that I had no shot of doing if I stayed, you know, stayed higher drunk, and that that is something that I think for people to see physically right, like the guys out when, when in the crossfit competitions, with that, with the ankle monitors on, like those are leg weights right, like this, these are guys who are starting to walk the path and have been given the opportunity to do that.
