I honestly wish, and I do wish that, and I did actually take quite a few individuals in recovery with me on some of these longer adventures so that they could see that they can get outside of themselves in a healthy way and give back as well at the same time, but it opens their world to so many more possibilities in their everyday lives once they see that they can actually go and be in a foreign country, maybe not even understand the language, but you still are communicating with people from all over the world in like-minded ways that actually is quite fulfilling.
