I saw you wanting to say one final thing. The thing I look forward to, and one of these days I'll actually wake up early enough to do it, is I'm going to at some point get to that meeting in Binghamton again. Because even though it didn't stick, it's because of what they did. I know as I slowly get to know more and more people coming in and occasionally going out of the rooms, it can feel like I haven't made a difference. But the reality is sometimes you make differences that you won't see for years. So three, four years after they hear it, they remember that they can come to the rooms and i hope that i hope it helps somebody that's the end goal for all of this right you know like tell our stories and hope that it's it makes sense to somebody else well rob thank you so much for sharing your time with us today and your vulnerability and being able to just kind of like talk about some of the dark places that you were that helped get you where you are now.
