It's like a big smack to the back of the head and you're like, okay, right for you and even for me. I think you know I put words in your mouth, but correct me if I'm wrong. It's like it penetrated so deeply and then, realizing what the fear is underneath of that, of like rejection or abandonment, came up so very quickly with, with whatever, the realization that, like you know, you can't be over tough or over defensive, to the point that you know, thinking that somebody is not going to leave you or leave the situation.
