On the yoga mat I started to kind of like myself, like I was really lucky to have teachers that said all the right things that just little like, planted little seeds about, you know, being worthy just of joy and of rest, and realized that I, those little moments of joy that I would find on the yoga mat when I was, when I was drinking, I couldn't get there and when I was sober I could.
