Luke Hand's Day: Work, Frustrations, and a Clean Kitchen

I should make better use of the gantt software at work to manage projects and stuff.
Ever had one of those days where everything seems to pile up? Luke Hand sure did. In this episode, he starts by tackling his workday and realizing he could really use some better project management tools. But the real kicker comes when a friend complains about Valentine's Day packaging. Luke, who isn't buying gifts for anyone this year, finds the gripe more than a little annoying.
To shake off the frustration, he takes a walk with his mum and a friend, which brings some much-needed relief. Dinner is a simple but satisfying affair with a heap of roasted veggies. Luke also tunes into a Johnny Marr interview on a positivity podcast, which inspires him to give Marr's new album another try—though it doesn't quite hit the mark for him.
For the first time ever, he watches the halftime show of a big game live and finds it pretty entertaining. Later, he takes on the kitchen sink with some ammonia spray and gets it sparkling clean. He even makes progress on a Twitter bot he's been working on, inching closer to getting it up and running.
By the end of the day, Luke reflects on his mood and energy levels, rating them at a 4 and 3 out of 10, respectively. It's a day filled with ups and downs, but through it all, Luke's reflections remind us of the small victories that make each day worthwhile.
