Trust that even when it doesn't work out the way that you wanted to- and this was that pivot I went through- that god is still, there's still value in that prayer, because, one, you're connecting with god- right conversation, that intimacy, that relationship. Your heart is naturally going to bend to what he wants. And so you may not see the fruit that you want to see from your prayer, but remind yourself, it still has value because it's developing intimacy and it's changing you in the process.
