Progress is gradual. To give grace in that process, because as soon as they come home, you do expect that in some sort of way, like, okay, he's a new person, which he is in Christ. A lot of times these guys find the Lord, um, in this, in this journey and they are, they're a new creation, but it's a gradual growth because they're still like you said john was a baby christian yeah it's a gradual growth to who god's called them to be and so progress is not an instantaneous like all right i'm good so for your loved ones showing that grace and showing that um patience
