I have before, like there's been, there was a very like huge situation in my life that kind of was a turning point. And like I do need to get help for kind of the depression, anxiety that I was feeling. But when that happened, I called everyone that was in the situation. But again, like when you're not in person and there's no one else around, it's really easy to point out things that maybe the other person has done or that you don't like about the other person and then feel safe about it. Yeah, I see. You know, what I'm hearing is that we both have a responsibility at both ends, both parties. The sender and the receiver. The sender has a responsibility to be careful about what they say. And the receiver. The sender has a responsibility to be careful about what they say. The receiver also has a responsibility to fully understand that text is hard to get across the essence. And don't jump to conclusions. Seek, ask questions, seek to understand, ask clarifying questions.
