Cherish's Journey: Love, Loss, and Living Minute-by-Minute

You're not in this alone. If you just look online and just remember to take it day by day and to breathe, I always ask this as well, and that is because of the grief that we go through, and it's hard, kind of day by day, to think about.
Cherish met Mitchell and quickly fell for his tall, handsome charm. Their connection was instant and deep, leading them to move in together and start a family. But their happiness was overshadowed by Mitchell's battle with addiction. Despite his efforts in rehab, the grip of addiction proved too strong, and Mitchell tragically passed away from an accidental overdose in January 2019 after five years together.
In this episode, Cherish opens up about her experience of love, loss, and the raw reality of living through such heartbreak. She shares how she navigates each day, sometimes taking life minute-by-minute, and offers heartfelt advice for others facing similar pain. Cherish's story isn't just about sorrow; it's about finding strength in community and support. Her journey is a testament to resilience and the importance of leaning on others when the weight of grief feels unbearable.
