I think about what can that look like for teachers. And I still don't want to minimize the impact of having teachers go in other teachers classrooms, and I hadn't even considered this till y 'all were talking. Yeah, I mean, but I have had the privilege of being able to see, and so giving our teachers that that opportunity to shine in those, those observation roles and also to learn by going to see other teachers, whether it's in the same building or the same school district or in other school districts, I just think we can learn so much from each other.
