Behind the Scenes with McShin Foundation's Admissions Team: Joyce and Nick Share Their Stories
Episode Overview
Nick's journey from participant to Director of Admissions The supportive and caring environment at the McShin Foundation Importance of peer-to-peer support in the recovery process Joyce and Nick's passion for helping individuals and families in need The joy of witnessing personal growth and transformation
My favorite part of the admissions team is to see an individual grow. It's nothing like when you get that call from that parent who is hysterical, don't know what to do with their child, I tell them to bring them in, and then to see that parent after the 28-day program after the child has blossomed and to hear the thank you and just the gratitude that they both have. It's the best thing ever.
