If I'm going to stay alive and I'm ever going to try to be happy again, alcohol can't be a piece of it. Nothing worked out for me when I was using or drinking. And it's not rocket science. You know, just like your therapist said or whatever was like, what commonality is there when you look back at all these stories that you're telling me where stuff was awful and fights and bad things and police and jail and broken arms and, you know, black eyes and tears and yelling and, you know, broken dreams and broken promises. And I could, the list could go on and on. But just all the chaos always just circled back to being, you know, intoxicated or high.
