So running for me, you know, if I'm just looking back, it's, it's really my way to connect my mind and body. There's something about, you know, getting my, my endorphins, you know, my, my dopamine hit, because that cheap dopamine that I've been using for years, right, the alcohol and drugs that that stuff, that stuff is just prolonging the inevitable, you know, it's just pushing, it's just delaying things. But this natural high that I get from running, it's a real thing, runner's high, it's, it's a real thing.
Imagine finding a lifeline in the most unexpected place. For Luc Zoratto, that lifeline was marathon training.
