So right now, would you say that you have the desire and the willingness to change how you eat? So just along with every other addiction we've talked about. So for you to make this change, for you to change how you eat and go to keto, what does reliance on God look like for you? I have to ask him for help, and I have to be accountable to others, and I have to be willing to make some moves with my feet on the ground in discomfort in discomfort yeah because i get the keto flu real bad the first week so i know that'll be coming um i need accountability i need your support i need you to cook for me and um and i need god to give me willingness to see it through and so he'll give you the power and the willingness but also if you lean into that relationship, any of the stresses in your life, like the stresses we were talking about on the way here, you're going to seek comfort in him. Yeah. And therefore you may not seek comfort in food. Don't forget, those who stand for nothing will fall for anything.
