So, being in a just in a stressful environment, I know for me, uh, I'm a very, you know, if you take a, if I take a myers-briggs personality test, I'm, I'm very high on the introvert side, which doesn't mean I'm, doesn't mean I'm shy, just means I, you know, being around a bunch of people I don't know, or even being around a bunch of people I do know sometimes, uh, in some social situations, uh, it wears me out, you know.
