We're going to mess up. We're going to fall short. Like, we're going to respond to things that maybe looking back, or looking at it afterwards, you could have done better. Or maybe you shouldn't have said those certain things. But it's like, we're humans, most emotional people, most of us are emotional people. So it's like, okay, next time I'll do better. So it's kind of like cutting myself and others a little bit of slack.
