But also forgiving yourself, and that was kind of the main theme of where we are our biggest critics, we are toughest critics, and to forgive yourself is is, I think, the hardest thing to do if you can get to that point, even if you can get to a partial point- and I'm just speaking on from me- and how, and my experience with with the whole forgiveness thing is to get to a point where I felt like I could actually forgive myself for my behaviors was when I was starting.
