I don't have to be angry and I don't have to be defensive, and it's allowed me to be calm and to be loving and to really empathize with other people and know that the just the devastation that just being like cut off on traffic consistently, like it's just dehumanizing and like I know, like I hate that it makes me angry and we talk about it, we joke about it, but the reality is that, like there were times in my life where I did not want to be alive and I did not see like a reason to move forward and a stranger would smile at me.
