I think it's important to keep things in check and to really remind ourselves of... It's taken me years to... And I'm still just figuring out one day at a time, still just trying to learn and then... like I said, this really, this is really an important conversation because some of the things that you've talked about and knowing what you're going through and what you've been through is important to me and it's a... people don't have to share their stuff, people don't have to open up and to be vulnerable or to start a podcast like you and to give back to the community, they don't have to do that and it's not for everybody, that's not to say that those people who are not comfortable talking about their stuff, it doesn't mean that's not to say they're not doing a great job and or whatever if you're out day one of recovery or day 700, like you said, it's not to say, that's fine. But I do think it's great that what you're doing and the platform that you are doing and what you're giving back to and making yourself vulnerable and admitting to your faults publicly and saying, yeah, I was a... I think that's a very important thing to do and I think that's a... that's a wonderful thing that you're... you're doing, man.
