You didn't love yourself back then no and I don't know how like I could even think I could love myself back then like I literally walked out on my family like I walked out on my mom my my kid and everything at one point and it was like it was being selfish and I know it was being selfish and I know it was the best I could do at the same time and so I'm not like I don't judge myself for it now but it doesn't mean that it doesn't hurt when I think about the fact that like I wasn't there and stuff but that took a long time for me to realize that and to not put all the blame on myself and realize like at the time I did the best that I could do but at the time back then it was blame me and it was like a poor me or pity Jen situation on a regular basis because I became so accustomed to it it became so normal for me to feel like shit that anytime something kind of good happened in my life I would run from that too because it was uncomfortable for me to feel those happy good feelings
