If you move your body, you change your mind. It's been such a powerful tool and it doesn't have to be a lot. I used to drink. I'm a creature of habit. It's my, it's my super, I don't know why, but doing that, not just when life is hard, because if you do that, when, I won't swear, stuff hits a fan, you're already too late. That when life throws me for a curveball, like it did yesterday, fight or flight response, stuff happened, that's when I'm going to revert to my highest level of trading. I'm going to go back to the things I know work, and I'm going to apply those because I've been putting in the work in the off season. And my highs and lows, when things happen, which they are, life is life. But now it's much more like this than, oh my God, this happens, let's grab a drink. Maybe, I don't know so much if you're a parent of free time. Maybe, I don't know so much if you're a parent or have a busy schedule, you don't know what to do with. If you go in, you might not want to do it, but something I always say, sometimes I don't want to go outside. It's too cold. I know I'm going to feel so awesome after. I might not want to do it, but I am going for that after feeling.
