The small goals, the small wins- is what I always call them right- is so important, because depression will tell you that you didn't do anything that day and when you again like what you're describing, you wrote stuff down, you're able to see it and acknowledge it, write it down whatever it may be that, like I did this right again, even if it is something that's, you know, I don't want to say it's a minor thing, but like, even if it's something like getting out of bed- or you know, I went to the bathroom and I, you know, brush my teeth or wash my face, like those are still huge things right.
