I think that softer approach is much better for people in recovery because those guys like don't people don't get you know people come in and if and if they don't like know to raise their hand say hey my name's so-and-so I'm clean. Like, like guys might think they don't like, especially in the men's meeting, they'll think like, Hey, you know, like, um, that guy doesn't want to be talked to. If you don't say, Hey, I need to get clean. Like, we don't know that you, that you need help. You might just be, help like we don't know that you that you need help you might just be you know what i mean that happens that happens all too often that's how addicts die right yeah that's what you see so it's good to have community that's like greeting people at the door and like reaching out and like hey that guy might need somebody to talk to maybe i'll try to talk to him after the meeting instead of being like hey shut the fuck up you don't got nothing to say what you'll say won't keep us clean or you know we'll get you loaded all that whole like harshness i don't think it works man
