The term now is grey area drinking, isn't it? It used to be that there was an alcoholic or you weren't, and I think that gives people a bit of confidence because it's like, you're either the alcoholic on the street homeless who's lost everything, or you're okay. But what I see in my practice and actually through my daily life really, is that there are so many high-functioning people who aren't necessarily alcoholics but who have an issue with alcohol or alcohol isn't serving them anymore. They feel crap, they're not sleeping well, they're not motivated, their relationships are affected.
