“I think something else we spoke to you before off air as well about the younger kids these days as well don't mind about jumping around jobs and jacking in a job. They don't care about that reputation and CV. If they don't like something, they're not afraid to say they don't like it and they're not afraid to walk and jack in and go find someone else because again there are so many other opportunities out there in different industries which are paying exactly the same money.”
