Be open, be honest. If you're still listening to this now, I've said it numerous times: reach out, talk. There's no point if you're drinking a bottle of vodka a day, there's no point going to your GP and telling him you're drinking half a bottle of vodka every three days because it doesn't work like that. Try and be happy, try and seek that happiness that we talked about in episode one and two. It is out there.
