I genuinely believe that, you know, we have a lot of work to do in that field to bring everything together and to be a bit more kind of integrative about it and psychology psychiatry that's what they have done over the last 20 years you know they they built um a cage and they put the freudians on one side the behaviorists on the other and they just went at it i love it absolutely love it and the 12 steps were transformational for me and continue to be.
