Dillan's Journey: Embracing Sobriety in the LGBT+ Community

Going back to the first night I drank, I will talk a little bit about the last night I drank. Like I said, it was December 15th. I had just started listening to a book on audible called this naked mind, because I was getting tired. I was getting tired of drinking every night and doing the whole charade and the whole ritual of getting the wine and going home and blah, blah, blah. So I was listening to the book, not to stop drinking, but just to kind of evaluate my drinking or just observe it a little bit.
Ever wondered how someone finds the courage to change their life completely? Meet Dillan, the host of 'The Sober Gay', who kicks off the podcast with a raw and heartfelt introduction. Dillan dives into his personal battle with alcohol, sharing how it once dominated his life and became a toxic companion during his loneliest moments.
