The important thing for me is to know that when a few moments pass your body will feel again at the natural levels and that discomfort will pass it will disappear. I insist the craving ends up disappearing although suddenly and after years without consuming that desire to consume appears because that imperial desire that craving is not something that is given only when we are abandoning alcohol at that moment it is true that it is very high but that does not mean that it does not appear in other moments of our alcoholic life in abstinence.
What is it about craving that makes it such a formidable opponent in the battle against alcohol addiction? In this episode, David BB takes listeners on a journey through the intricacies of craving, drawing from his own experiences and those of others in recovery. David doesn't just skim the surface; he dives deep into how craving manifests, its persistence even after long periods of sobriety, and the physical and emotional toll it takes.
