What I learned in churches is: it's not the church, it's not sometimes some of the people, but it is some of the people operating in the spirit that bring heaven so close, so so close you can, you can feel it, you can taste it, you know your, your, your spirit just hungers, just absolutely hungers for it.
Chuck's life story is a rollercoaster of faith, recovery, and perseverance. Growing up in Vermont, his early church experiences laid a foundation, but it was his time in the Navy that truly tested his resolve. Battling alcoholism and depression, Chuck faced some of his darkest moments, including contemplating suicide. His turning point came when he walked into an AA meeting, where he found a glimmer of hope.
But the real transformation happened during a charismatic prayer meeting, where Chuck felt the spirit of God like never before.
