I always knew, like, always knew, I had lost a child in my mid-twenties through a bad season of my life also on top of that. But I actually my first dipping into being an entrepreneur is I did Beachbody, so I did this program and you know, got into shape and all of the things. And I was like, okay, I'll do this thing. And now I'm teaching women like: hey look, I eat calories a day, right, like teaching them to eat enough, teaching them food freedom, because a lot of women have this terrible relationship with food like for some people it's food, some people it's alcohol.
