I just kind of knew, like I just sort of knew that if this went on, I wouldn't ever become the person I wanted to be. I had no hobbies. I didn't even know who I was. Like I didn't, all I knew was sort of this, like I was super successful at business and I can do, you know, I can buy a nice house and I can buy nice furniture to go in it. I didn't have any other, like there was not a lot of substance.
Imagine building a successful orthodontic practice only to pivot your life completely by choosing sobriety. That's exactly what Sonia Kahlon did, and her story is nothing short of inspiring. In this episode of the Recovery Plus Podcast, Sonia opens up about her remarkable transformation from a thriving orthodontist to a dedicated recovery coach. After selling her multi-location practice in 2016, Sonia embraced sobriety in 2017, a decision that changed her life trajectory.
