I think having written now two books that maybe challenge some popular things, like I'm talking about drinking, which people like, I'm talking about MLMs, which a lot of people like, I'm often met with, oh, you're trying to shame me or you're saying I'm a bad person or whatever. And so the thing I always say is it's not your fault for getting addicted to an addictive substance. It's not your fault for joining something that you think is a good thing. And so just reminding yourself that it's the marketing, it's the alcohol companies, it's the MLM companies, it's whatever system that you're joining that needs to be scrutinized, that you're joining that needs to be scrutinized. Just doing the next right thing.
