Building Bridges in Recovery: Danielle Mayberry's Community Approach

Our jails do not need to be the place where individuals go. Just doing this work and partnering with people. But I remember doing it and I remember Many Years Ago, and we had the gcic interface of The Georgia Crime Information Center Interaction so that when those people that were enrolled in our program, when they encountered law enforcement, their names were already in the database and they got an alert on their terminal when they ran that person's name through.
Ever wondered how community connections can aid in recovery? In this episode of 'The Recovery Hour', Bill Carruthers and Tanisha Character sit down with Danielle Mayberry from Rockdale County ViewPoint Health Center. Danielle, driven by her passion for supporting the local recovery community, shares valuable insights and resources available through ViewPoint Health. She discusses the importance of breaking down barriers to create meaningful change and emphasizes the role of humility and a willingness to learn in the recovery journey.
ViewPoint Health Center focuses on peer support and offers various pro-social events and internship opportunities, aiming to make a difference one person at a time. This episode is a must-listen for anyone looking to strengthen their recovery network and find inspiration through community support.
