I'm not completely healed from the situation I still have created these coping mechanisms for this trauma that I've experienced right but I always know when I'm healed from a specific trauma when I stop having to distressing say it tends to go away. And it's still getting better every day I still have mild agoraphobia in public with people which for me is a fear of people.
