The goal of meditation is to get in the moment, but then it's to carry that presence with you in the rest of your day and to be able to take things, situations that used to baffle us, right, things that you can't control, that you get worked up over, that you fight about in your head, that you project about and instantly recognizing for what they are and to get rid of them a lot faster, right, exactly, sort of balance yourself and not be such a crazy nut job as I am most of the time.
