When I see Mrs. X, it reinforces several different things for me. Obviously the nonlinear part, obviously the empathy part, obviously the humanity part, obviously the ethics part, all of those things. I think what it does that's bigger, and this is what my advice to anybody who provides services for people. We have to give our best and beyond so that the person, while we have them, they know that we love them.
