Getting away with distractions by just breathing it out and just being here is so helpful, like even when I'm getting to every night before I go to bed like, as I'm falling asleep, I do a full body scan, just going down from my head to my toes and trying to just be here, feel my body, feel what it's telling me, feel like I can cleanse the bad energy out of it, breathe it out through my toes, and then I sleep like a baby.
