I think kindness is so important and can be so lacking, and I would just ask you and encourage you to be kind to yourself as you go through this process and just love yourself as best you can and really think critically to you know, like if you're, if you're worried about what other people are going to say: if you use the word sober or talk about sobriety, don't.
