Connection is the opposite to addiction. What we're doing now, we're connecting with people all around the world. It's a massive meeting. If you want to get into the technical, I believe a lot of our program's philosophical. It's important to talk about the gifts because people think, 'If we get off drugs, our life's going to be terrible.' No, I was nobody when I was using drugs. Today, I'm somebody. Art, I don't care if you don't like my book, my car, my wife. I don't care if you don't like my wife.

With unwavering support from his mother, he walked into a detox center on February 12, 2017, and never looked back.
From there, he went straight to the rooms of N.A., determined to rebuild his life.
