I really wanted to take an initiative to get back to the person that I knew I could be, both physically and mentally. And so I am over a thousand days now. And last time I had my labs run, my blood pressure is now perfect. My mental health, I mean, doing things like this, I do a lot of like in-person speaking events. I was made president of my local business to business networking group with other CEOs. I get up every week and chat in front of like 40 business professionals. And I mean, I don't want to say my anxiety completely went away, but it quit cutting the booze. If it was just one thing that's improved, that alone would be worth it. And there's all these other side effects are great, great improvements that you get when you cut out too.
